Doing this can help you track your progress and spot trends in your daily habits. For instance, you might notice that while at work you take unhealthy food. To solve this, you can pack healthy snacks from home.

On the other hand, you can notice that you skip work outs during weekends or so. To counteract this, you can choose to take part in an activity like cleaning or going swimming during weekends.

This could mean a lot of options, from; joining a support group for jogging or taking healthy cooking classes.

This gives one the emotional support to carry on with healthy habits to maintain a healthy weight and kick away lifestyle related diseases.
